Box-E is an 18 seater restaurant in a converted shipping container at Wapping Wharf in Bristol that opened in October 2016.

It is owned and run by Tess and Elliot Lidstone and, in a city teeming with brilliant food, is already a spectacular success. If you’re down that way then do go, but make sure you book first.

Elliot is cooking with rhubarb grown by Janet Oldroyd Hulme whose family have been growing Yorkshire Forced Rhubarb for six generations. Watch Janet talking about her life in rhubarb here.
