English summer soft berries in full flow, super quality produce from Herefordshire & Cheddar Strawberries and Raspberries are really at their best.
Wye Valley Blueberries and Gooseberries are also in full flow Blackberries from Pixley are also fantastic as you would expect from this fabulous farm.
We should start to see UK grown Redcurrants arriving later on in the month.
Potatoes – We are now at the stage of the year where the old ware season is making way for the new season earlies.
Please consider when buying either your Piper, Marfona or any other early crop that you keep stock levels tight as these won’t have set skin so will not hold for long periods as they do in the winter.
